Outbound

Qualified meetings, booked for you

Outbound means reaching companies that don't know you yet, before they start looking. We build and run the whole channel: the right companies, the right people, the outreach and the replies. You get meetings.

Sound familiar? If two of these are true, outbound will pay for itself

  • Pipeline depends on referrals

New business arrives by luck, not by system.

  • Exports run through distributors

No direct line to end customers and no control over the relationship.

  • Founder-led sales hit its ceiling

The founder is the bottleneck of growth.

  • Reps prospect instead of selling

Half of expensive sales time goes to building lists.

  • New market, no map

Nobody knows how many buyers the market even holds.

  • The CRM is a graveyard

Data nobody trusts and a forecast by gut feeling.

How it works From a list of companies to a meeting in your calendar

The next touch depends on what the buyer just did

Every buyer takes their own path through the sequence. Pick a behaviour and watch the path rebuild.

Agents do the work. Operators make the calls

Every campaign runs on an engine we built and improve with each engagement. It learns which data, signals and wording convert in which market and in which channel.

What a quarter of outbound could put in your pipeline

The baseline uses email alone: our published 2 to 4% reply rate and the meeting rate from the Festka campaign. LinkedIn and AI calls come on top, and we size them per market in the first call.

Questions.Answered

Common questions about Outbound.

How many emails do you send per month?

As many as quality allows: typically hundreds to low thousands of contacts per client per month. Volume isn't the goal; a reply from the right person is.

Won't this hurt our domain and brand?

No. We send from secondary domains with gradual warm-up and volume limits. And because sequences are written contextually for narrow segments, spam complaint rates stay well below provider thresholds.

When will we see the first meetings?

First replies usually within a week of launch, which means within a month of kickoff. A statistically meaningful sample takes 8 weeks.

Do we need all three channels?

No. Email is the base of every campaign. We add LinkedIn and AI calls where the data says they move the needle: senior buyers, long sales cycles and crowded inboxes.

Is cold outreach GDPR-compliant?

Yes, done properly. We work under legitimate interest, contact only relevant business roles with an offer tied to their business, identify the sender and include an opt-out. Every list is checked against your customers and do-not-contact lists.
